If you are able to a mini vacation away to Seattle,and go shopping or go to do interior decorating.

I also think bowling may be fun as its interactive. Although, anything interactive that allows you to focus on something else in case there are pauses in convo helps to relieve pressure. :-) ( I may be just a touch shy on a first date)
I would say an amusement or water park. I love roller coasters, funnel cakes, games, and just enjoying the out doors. Another first date idea would be going to a gun range.
